Depending if you decide to choose pre-designed stationery or a completely bespoke design, the ordering process will differ slightly 

Bespoke Order

How the process works...

Send us a message via the form below, E-mail, or Facebook. Please try to include approximate numbers and any specific extras that you think you may like such as foiling or wax stamps etc. 

Remember you only need one invitation per household

Once we receive your message we can then send you our price guide and/or a bespoke quotation

After we discuss your quotation with you and you are happy to go ahead we will then send you an invoice for a

non-refundable 50% deposit which would be paid up front before any design work will begin.

We will discuss time frames at this point and when you will expect to receive your

stationery / how you would like to collect or get them posted.

Once you have paid the 50% deposit we will then begin the design process and will send you drafts until you are happy with the final design. Once you approve and sign this off they will then be sent to print.

Generally printing can take up to 3 weeks. 

When your designs are printed we will require you to transfer the remaining 50% of your final bill.

We will then organise postage or collection of your stationery

Due to current circumstances we are not able to meet for face to face consultations but we are happy to communicate with you via email, phone or set up a zoom meeting.

Once we have received your order we will review it and contact you

with a draft of your stationery

Once you have signed off the draft and confirmed you would like us to print,

they will then be posted out to you within the following 20 days

We will also give you a time frame at this stage
