What is the Design Hut?

We design and print personalized wedding stationery. We specialize in creating

bespoke designs unique to our clients.  We also create business branding and personalized word art designs perfect for wedding presents. Anything that can be designed we can do it!


Can you send a pricelist?
Unfortunately we cannot provide a pricelist as there are so many factors which can effect your quote but just pop us a message and we can get a personalised quote drawn up. Please try to include as much info as possible then we can give you an accurate quote ie. numbers/card type/sizes and if you have a budget as we can try

to keep within this and keep costs down.

 

When should I contact you?
Ideally we would like you to contact us 6months before your wedding but this is completly up
to you just bare in mind if we are busy the turn around for stationery may be slightly longer.

How long will the process take?
There are many factors which can speed up or delay the process but on average from the day you contact us,
we can send a quote within 3-4 days, from this we can discuss designs and once we recieve the 50% deposit the first design will take 2-3 days. Each proof will take about 3-4 days depending on alterations. Once all has been confirmed and printing order processed you will have your prints 20 working days later. We advise you set aside 1 month from your first contact with us to allow for any delays.

I have left it last minute can I still get wedding stationery off you?
If you pop us a message to discuss your time frame, in most cases yes we can help you with last minute designs and put your order through as urgent. Additional charges may apply for this service.
 
How do I contact you?

We like to meet in person with couples as much as 
possible to ensure you get your exact stationery and also to explain the process. Alternatively you can contact us through our website, Facebook or Instagram or if you prefer to email or phone directly you can also do this.

I dont see a design I would like can I get a bespoke design?
100% yes we specialize in designing custom and bespoke designs. If you have any ideas or images we can take inspiration from send them over and we can create a design especially unique for you! Although we cannot directly copy designs from other sources we can certainly take inspiration. Please bare in mind that bespoke designs can take anything from 3-5weeks.

Can I get a sample?
Yes we can send you a personalised sample of any of your exact design, there will be a fee of £30 each due to the time and cost of setting up for single prints.

You can also request a non-personalised sample of our cards which there is no fee for.

How do I order?
Send us an email through our website or social media pages (facebook/instagram). In the email try to include as much info as possible so we can get an accurate quote for you. Please include; numbers, ideas, the range of stationery you will require(rsvp,invites,save the date etc) any specific requirements ie. paper type, foiling etc.

We will then send you your personalised quote. If you are happy with this we will then require a NON refundable 50% deposit of the total costing to secure your date and begin designing your stationery. You will receive a digital proofs of your artwork . If you like we can send you a printed sample before your artwork is sent for print for a small fee. Once this is all approved your stationery will be sent for print.

How do I settle payment?

All transactions are to be paid in pounds sterling through bank transfer.

Mimimum Order

Please note the minimum print run for stationery is 25 cards. If you do require a few extra invitations after the full order has been processed this will incur a fee of £10+ per card due to the small print run. Please where possible order 5%-10% extra cards to elevate this expenditure.
